Instructions for installing the iSeq Control Software

To install the iSeq 100 Control Software:

1. Contact Illumina Technical Support ([email protected]) for the iSeq 100 Control Software installer, regardless of version.

2. Once obtained, log into the iSeq 100 as sbsadmin or a user with admin privileges.

3. Unzip iSeqSuiteInstaller.exe to C:\Illumina on the iSeq 100 instrument.

• Note: Installation from other folders will not work.

1. Double click/tap on the installer and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the installation.

2. For some software Releases, there will be a registry prompt to re-enable Software Restriction Policies (SRP).

• Select "Yes."

• If unable to do so, SRP can be re-enabled by double-clicking on C:\Illumina\Security\Enable.reg
